Garnering 90 points from Robert Parker as well as Stephen Tanzer, this vintage of Croft Port has a relatively exotic nose with hints of cherry liqueur, peat and dark chocolate. On the tongue, the palate is on the fuller side with succulent flavors of ripe black fruit and finishing big and broad with lingering black cherry fruit. The '03 Croft is a complete effort and a fine example of the vintage, a must purchase for the upcoming holidays.
