Erbaluce is a grape native to Piedmont, Italy. The “Misobolo” is the most cherished vineyard on the estate, home to the 4000 of the oldest Erbaluce vines. The flavor profile of this wine shows off a straw-yellow hue with pronounced aromas of pear and honeydew. Well structured and balanced on the palate with a long mineral and savory finish.
