The grapes for the Holloran Pinot Noir are blended from carefully selected barrels from several of the Holloran vineyard sites. These sites are a mix of volcanic-based sites, and vineyards planted on sedimentary soils. All sites are farmed in an organic/biodynamic manner. Brimming with bright cherry aromas on the nose, once in the mouth, undercurrents of black fruit surround the elegant and structured core.
