“Clear Skies” draws from the Greek folk phrase for “purity”, delineating the character of this no-intervention organically grown blend of three indigenous Greek grapes, Malagousia, Xinomavro & Assyrtiko. These grapes have a 15 day maceration with skin contact, then vinified with no additives and bottles unfiltered and unfined, all of which gives this wine its signature orange hue. This dry wine enjoys a fruit-forward nose with notes of wet stone, baked citrus and persistent minerality.
