This is the larger 1.75 liter offering of our Bombay. Based out of London, the Bombay has been making the same gin since 1761. What sets them apart from the pack is the distillation process and the use of eight different botanicals. Distilled from grain, vapor infused, and mixing Angelica root, almonds, cassia bark, liquorice, coriander, lemon peel, orris, and juniper berries in a perforated copper basket as opposed to boiling directly in the spirit makes for a subtle, full flavored, rounded, and distinctive Bombay taste.
