Domaine La Croix Gratiot sits at the heart of Picpoul de Pinet along France’s Mediterranean coast, where the Ricome family has farmed vineyards since the early 1980s. After years selling fruit to the local cooperative, brothers Yves and Hugues began bottling their own wines in 2004. Today the estate is led by Yves’s daughter, Anaïs Ricome, whose experience abroad and commitment to organic and biodynamic farming have helped establish La Croix Gratiot as a benchmark producer. The La Croix Picpoul de Pinet is bright and vibrant, offering citrus, stone fruit and white floral notes with racy acidity and a clean, saline finish. Its freshness makes it ideal with seafood dishes, creamy fish stews, roasted vegetables, or light poultry accented with herbs and citrus.
